News from the Office...

This just in from the FBA office…

In January, we will begin implementing a program called the “President Fitness Challenge” with our kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students. The President’s Challenge is a program of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports that follows four simple principles: Frequency, Intensity, Type, and Time (F.I.T.T) to improve your fitness level.

We will be working in conjunction with the P.E. teacher, Miss Gwen, and look forward to reaching goals set forth in the program.

Miss Stephanie Langston, from our very own Hands on Spanish program, joined us in November for a Spanish lesson on being thankful. We look forward to another visit with her this month to share Christmas blessings in another language.
